This was a very bizarre interview process. They conducted a background/reference check before the final interview and my application was withdrawn because HR didn't like the fact that I'm just one class shy from my official bachelor's degree even after I gave them my circumstances and intent to complete the course. To put that decision above 5 years of experience as a sales professional is unreal and they should really be transparent about that before moving a candidate forward. Would not recommend interviewing with them.
