Overall, they seem like a good company with an important mission. The responsibilities for the role seemed exciting and something I know I could do well for them having been in TA for over 12 years. A company's method of attracting talent's speaks volumes for how they treat the TA function when you're apart of the company, and while it does not tell the whole story, it's not a risk I am willing to take after applying in early March and seeing how other great companies are progressing with their talent.

Very bizarre experience. During my interview w/the CEO, he spent no time inquiring about my background/skill sets. He spent the entire time asking me to divulge the salaries in which I'd hired executives at my previous place of employment. Very awkward, and inappropriate. Needless to say, I told him I wasn't at liberty to share that information. I am sure his disappointment in my response factored into the decision to not pursue me further. Advice to HR: Please pay to have a 3rd party company provide you with compensation & market data. Tasking your CEO to ask candidates during the interview process is highly inappropriate, and not legally defensible!
