Everyone was very friendly. I started out with a paper test for general mental/cognitive abilities and then met with the VP of Work Life who showed me the ropes of the position. Although the description of the job was very dry, all the employees seem to be enthusiastic about what they were doing.

The interview process was fairly standard. I sent in my resume/cover letter and was asked to come in for an interview where I met with two supervisors from the team. The interview lasted no more than an hour. I heard back from them about a week later.
