It is important to have multiple key words or phrases from the job description in your resume to make it past the HR screening. From there the hiring manager will reach out for an interview which is really a personality evaluation and a verification of the abilities you listed on your resume.

Entretien
Very long and tedious - however its part of the process. One interview & then a second round, then a third round of on-site follow up & then a final stage of references. Time consuming and patience is required for the vetting process.

Entretien
I went through three rounds of interviews with the PI and the graduate students at the lab. Every one of them gave me feedback and were overall very friendly. Their questions were interrogating me about my past history and they spent a lot of time explaining their research to me.
