Two managers from a remote location conducted the interview at a coffee shop near the location that was expected to open. They took notes and asked questions. The entire process lasted about 15-20mins.

I have not interviewed in over 10 yrs so it was a little nerves wrecking. I did 3 interviews. First was a phone interview. That went well and I was excited I got a second interview.
