It was a five-round process, online assessment, CV screaming, an HR interview, and a direct manager, and then the VP was the final one. Unfortunately, I made it to the final but they chose another candidate. The HR in Coloplast is one of the most caring I have ever met, she was able to refer me to another position but I didn't get that as well since HM wanted more work experience, very nice people I encountered through the process. They cared a lot about my motivation and passion for the company.
