It started with a screening phone call, then face to face interview. Initial screening phone call with the HR was very brief, included details about the role, background and skills needed.

be prepared for real estate finance math questions and lots of behavioral questions it is very intense make sure that you are prepared!! have an intro prepared and a calculator near by incase they ask you a metric question .

I applied to the job after finding the post for it on linkedin. I was asked what knew about Colony and seemed like they were looking for someone more senior than I at the time. Know the company in and out and follow any news to impress colony.
