Contacted Colonial via email with my resume. The administrator then called me and set up a time to conduct a face to face Skype interview. The Skype interview went well and then the formal application was emailed to me and I was then asked for another Skype interview. after that there was a recommendation I had to have my pastor fill out and the other references. When all that was finished there was a job waiting for me.
