I was interviewed by two individuals who are responsible for the heavy highway sales at Collins and Hermann. I was referred to the interview by another insider at the company in a very last minute sort of fashion. I was not made aware that there was a specific position at the company that they needed filled. My experience and objectives did not align with their job description from the get-go so the interview was a little rocky. It was disorganized at best. That being said, Collins and Hermann appears to be a great place to work at. The culture there seems to be spot on with a fair mix of being held accountable but always being able to go to someone else for help. EVERYONE there seems super nice.
