On site face to face interview based on behavioral questions some questions on knowledge on QMS systems. Interviewer went through my CV and asked questions on previous roles and how i solved problems and the tools i used.

Applied online. Invited to do a HireVue screening recording. Then I pass so recruiter setup for a panel interview a week later.
Met with 4 manager. Pretty general questions about experience. Some in STAR format about work situation. 2 weeks later I receive an offer.

they told me talk about myself, where i see myself short/long term? talk about my strengths and weaknesses that I want to improve. interview was with manager and also another lead engineer

Very long and drawn out process but that is typical in the current era in interviews. I would make sure to read up on the company beforehand to and know your stuff technically.
