Two interviews, one with engineer and another with the team lead. Both were knowledgeable and understood it is a niche field, so they didn't expect a lot of relevant experience.
Easy phone call, met at a career fair. Very quick follow up after the initial meet and then asked some laid back personality questions. HR called immediately after and gave the offer details

I received an interview request from Collins. I attended the virtual interview. The department manager explained the responsibilities. I shared my work experiences. They asked about my motivation regarding changing the city and company.
