I applied for a position in November and got a response a week later for a phone call interview.I interviewed with a recruiter and told him about my goals and he straight up told me that the position I applied for did not do marketing as it said in the description. Since I said I am currently going to college to further my career in business and that I am taking a class that i will need to be flexible and he told me that he was straight up shooter saying that I can’t do that here I would have to take classes remotely and take classes at night. I did not like the slang he told me as it caught me off guard. I know other companies that will help you succeed in your education regardless of the schedule and will accommodate. I did not get another interview but I am glad i didn’t since it shows it promotes a toxic environment.

Only made it through the phone screening. Questions were basic and recruiter was very friendly. Really just feeling out the candidates experience and career goals. The recruiter was in a different location than the actual job so they couldn't speak about too many details related to the role.
