The interview process was smooth, a simple online application, followed by a telephone interview and an online assessment centre. However, in my assessment centre stage, I was asked about my personal political opinion which put me off the internship opportunity

It was a zoom interview with a few employees and me. It wasn't too formal and became more or less a conversation. I didn't feel too nervous, they just wanted to get to know me.
