Submit resume, phone interview, and follow-up in-person interview. It was a fairly relaxed interview focused on personal characteristics. I would recommend a business casual dress unless directed otherwise by the interviewer.

There was first an HR Interview, followed by Technical Interview, which was taken by the senior team members of that particular city office. The technical interview followed whatever was mentioned in the CV. They asked questions about experiences mentioned in that.
