It was easy. Their wasn't much to it I just called the managing director and asked to sit down with him We met and then talked for about an hour and then went our separate ways and he followed up with me later on and gave me an offer
I got a phone call got an over the phone interview with a member of the team. They called me at the appointed hour and asked questions about my experience, past employment, etc.
4 interviews, met them at lunch was casual conversation, 1 couldn't make it so i did the other interview in the office, nothing too technical. Not a bad process. Discussed resume, experience, what my value is to the team.

The interview was straightforward and not complicated. Just three interviews; one with the recruiter, one with the manager, and one with the client. I was offered a position and accepted it.
