The interview process was a series of questions directly with the Managing Director himself. This allowed for a personal connection to be made and to understand the nature of the relationship between the Assistant and Director. This was followed by an extensive computer exam which included analysing data in excel to form charts and create power point presentations. In addition to this, correcting emails, writing letters and making orders were also a part of the written exam.
