They were incredibly thorough and the process included many steps: phone interviews led to a personality test then a couple of live interviews, a written assignment and panel interview with internal clients and supporting team. The people were very nice and the offices are what you may expect in an engineering-type environment - incredibly well-kept and quiet with cubicles in an open-room format (somewhat lacks character).
