Long....drawn out. testing skills non relevant to position (typing speed?) then 'board' review interview with 3-4 staff. Trick questions to test' honesty' which in fact only prove they are hypocritical in selection process. They also ask for your drivers license (which contains your age) and come right out and ask your age, and you need to fill in the blanks as to when you graduated school, all age revealing and discriminatory. As a person over 55+ looking for work I consider that discriminatory.
