Got an initial call from one of the managers in the call center, then followed up by a zoom interview with two of the current supervisors. Nice and respectful, lots of “tell me a time when…” questions

Very smooth interview process, nice people, thoughtful questions. I had 3 separate interviews. I wanted to take the job but had a higher paying offer somewhere else. Seems like a great company to work for.

Entretien
You are first interviewed by a member of the HR department where the basic questions are asked, you are then taken to the Call Center itself and interview by 2-4 of the managers together. It is a daunting experience at first, but they make it a friendly experience. You then will have the chance to shadow a member of the Call Center and watch how a normal day may look.
