Collegedunia visited our college as a part of the campus placement program for the Young Leaders - Business Development role. The interview process was conducted online due to COVID, over a period of 2 days. After application we received a shortlist based on our resume. After that we were put into groups of 6-7 people for a group discussion round. The group discussion had some interesting topics and lasted for about 40-45 minutes where everyone was given ample opportunity to speak. We were all asked to give a one minute summary individually detailing our takeaways from the discussion. Shortly after we received a shortlist and had our 1st round of interview where we were asked about our academics, our interests, experience etc. This interview lasted about 30mins and concluded the process for the 1st day. We received a shortlist for the next round in the evening and had the last and final round of interview on the 2nd day. This interview also went on for about 30-35 minutes where we were asked to delve deeper into our experience, internships, projects and interests. I was also asked some riddles to see how I can come up with innovative solutions. The selection procedure was very smooth and had some interesting challenges at each step.

Quick process. Was done through college recruitment for a business development role. The process had 3 rounds - A group discussion followed by 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was generic and the discussion was on past experience and general HR questions. The second round was based on specific digital marketing and sales skills.
