The interview process took about a month, including a phone screening, a couple phone interviews, a group panel interview, and finally an in-person fit interview. Every interview felt comfortable and every interviewee felt excited to be part of choosing a new staff member. While I was asked to show my knowledge in different web technologies, Linux, Java, SQL, and show myself capable it was not a grueling extremely comprehensive technical process. The company is focused on getting candidates that are skilled but also have a positive attitude that can be trained up.
