There were 3 interviewers on a phone screen. They proceeded to ask me about my resume line by lin by saying I see you have X experience, tell me about that. They were unprepared and didNt ask any situational questions. They were hung up on the fact that I didn't know a term, but still knew how to execute the job functions to complete the task. Very much focused on buzzwords and looking for a shiny candidate. I would be surprised if between the 3 of them there was even a year of total hands on IT experience.
