The interview took a few hours in total. it began by meeting a panel of five people: Two from HR and three from the English Department. SInce this is a French college, the interview was in both languages, however the majority of the questions were from HR and in French, You must have excellent French to work at this college, otherwise you will make a poor impression at the interview. There was a teaching demonstration, followed by more questions (about 12 in total), and then a French test, and correcting a written essay sample where you had to demonstrate your ability to use correction codes and justify your feedback to the student.
