The interview process was incredibly quick and efficient, featuring three 30/45 minute 1 on 1 interviews over a week and a written task to be submitted after the first interview. The task was to come up with an Instagram strategy and a plan for a series of 10 customer newsletters.

The interview questions mainly focussed on my interest in sustainability, knowledge of the food industry, and interpretation of how Collectiv Food should be positioning itself.
