The interviewer basically focuses on individual communication skills and knowledge of networking concepts. And also the interviewer tests whether you can communication well or not. The interview process is very smooth and group discussion is also a elimination round

Entretien
They checked for communication skills. We were asked to introduce ourselves and talk about a topic of interest for 5-10 seconds. People they seemed fit were shortlisted for the job profile. Others who performed averagely were shortlisted for voice process.

Entretien
1st round was like they called nearly 50+people and they took only 8 people by giving each one only 5seconds of time to talk about anything. I don't about rest of the rounds. My overall experience is average.
