Very much disappointed. They didn't gave atleast 20 seconds for group sd. They don't need to conduct interviews for this. No words to explain that company. Totally it is wrong way of selection. They don't know how much efforts faced by the candidates to attend their company. That company is not on main area. It is very awkward moment.

The interviewer basically focuses on individual communication skills and knowledge of networking concepts. And also the interviewer tests whether you can communication well or not. The interview process is very smooth and group discussion is also a elimination round

They checked for communication skills. We were asked to introduce ourselves and talk about a topic of interest for 5-10 seconds. People they seemed fit were shortlisted for the job profile. Others who performed averagely were shortlisted for voice process.

Entretien
1st round was like they called nearly 50+people and they took only 8 people by giving each one only 5seconds of time to talk about anything. I don't about rest of the rounds. My overall experience is average.
