I met with the recruiter who then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager (c-suite), which was 30-minutes. We had a great discussion, and I was told I'd be scheduled for the next round. I then got an automated message about 2 weeks later saying they were not moving forward with my application. I reached out to the recruiter to confirm the message and asked for feedback and was ghosted.
