Asked a lot of questions about my skills, but salary was quite low. Personal skills were really important for them as well. Workers are qiulified and competetive. I dont know what else to say about it, so i will write couple of more words to make it clear

Simple, had some questions but I was looking to join a team so the onboarding went very smoothly. The entire process probably took a month to get fully onboarded, but I appreciated the support staff being there to help with all my questions.

You interview the broker/office manager, versus them interviewing you. It’s an easy, fairly informal process that can take place in the office or offsite at a location of your choosing. This is where you learn about the company and ask any questions you have.
