I applied online for a job at Cold Stone Creamery, but I didn't hear back for about two weeks. I was invited to an "audition" (their word for interview) two days later by phone. There were about 5-6 people at the 'audition,' which truly was more like a casting call than job interview. We were led through a brief introduction and than asked to play a game of charades, where individually, we were instructed to act out a television or movie character and than sing a song. I received a call the next day letting me know that I had the job if I wanted it.
