I mean pretty smooth IQ then HR screen then superday pretty quick between times and overall pretty smooth and they commuicated well it does take awhile and you might need to be patient with the process

Cognitive assessment (around 45 minutes), 10 minute recruiter phone screen, 30 minute hiring manager interview, 30 minute team member interview. Everything happened remote, and recruiter was very engaged/responsive throughout with application status updates.

It started with a non-technical online assessment. The recruiting team provided supportive guidance and transparency throughout the process. The interviewers are friendly, and you get to speak with your future manager during the interview. The entire process moved fast. Positive experience overall.
