The first interview was with the COO. She seemed very nice and friendly, but the interview itself was quite intense in a good way. After my self-introduction, she asked a lot of behavioral questions and also tested how I would think about the company’s strategy on the spot. The interview lasted nearly an hour, and the questions were very thorough. Overall, it was a professional and challenging experience. Candidates should be prepared for both behavioral questions and strategic thinking, not just questions about their resume.
