The HR was very professional, friendly and was constantly in touch throughout the process. (the only good part) Interview process: Exploratory round to understand fitment and role details followed by 2 rounds of Tech interview and 1 round with Growth lead. Exploratory and 1st Tech round were good and relevant, however, in the 2nd Tech round - a lot of irrelevant questions were asked. They did not make sense at all as it was more like GMAT aptitude questions on Permutation/combination , Work effort to complete a job by 3M/5W, Solution concentration in liquid, etc. Only relevant question was on SQL and that too was changed when interviewer did not like a simple answer. Overall, interview process needs to be more streamlined and aligned to the role being applied for rather than irrelevant aptitude questions.
