First round was technical, followed by managerial and further HR round. Questions revolved more around Salesforce solutions, knowledge and stakeholder management skills. Managerial rounds was more focused on communication skills and quick thinking abilities.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
