At standard. Very relevant to the role and descriptive. Not much jargon and easy to understand. Interviewer was very patient and explained the questions in details with scenarios. Very positive experience
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
