walk in interview. a lot of crowd. Had a one to one discussion with the HR manager and the TEchnical Manager. The interview was difficult and lasted for more than 45 minutes.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
