First we should clear the assessment which includes aptitude, reasoning and then should clear english assessment round .this round has paragraph questions,listening and finally after clearing the first 2 rounds they will send you mail for interview

so overall the recuritment process was easy apart from aptitude as it was medium level for me and technical was easy round with interview depends on OOP and Cluster they give.
I have been asked self intro, later I explained ny projects, later he switched to technical questions in java, he asked can we implement application logs using interface,later asked interface and polymorphism and in sql asked what is distinct and Group by
