Entretien
Was referred through a connection. The interview process involved visiting the office a couple of times. First one was a VC with a Director and the second one was in person with a Senior Manager and an Architect.
Multiple round process with technical and functional round of interviews.
Involving 3 rounds of technical interviews with senior directors and AD.
HR round for offer discussion with very lengthy process of background checks and verification

Entretien
Seamless and very transparent. HR is very coordinated with timely communications. Transparency in salary and benefits is good. The process is also timely and don’t take a longer period. Overall a good interview process
