First there was a screening test and they gave some question and then there was HR interview and then it was round with manager. The hiring process was too tiring, They called us at 930 AM in morning but HR came at 230 for the test and that is why process was delayed too much.

· Strong alignment with the Global Team on all global campaigns. Understand global campaigns’ SOP and key message, make sure to deliver all the relevant information to Partner Advisors (here and after - PAs) either in training or written communication format; be responsive to PAs’ feedback and make sure all their questions are answered
· Active participation in regional campaigns creation, prioritization, defining targeted partners, delivering training to PAs, campaigns’ execution and performance monitoring
