I went for a walk-in interview when I was in India. There were two rounds - technical and managerial. Both were very easy, in the technical round, the interviewer asked me which SharePoint areas I was comfortable in and he asked me questions only from that area.

Got my resume from naukri. Virtual 1 round tech and 1 hr. Bench hire. Once joined have sit for client as well as project interviews. Everything happens so quickly including the bgv.
