There are typically 3 rounds and a discussion with your hiring manager. 1st Round is core Technical. They will have a panel of 2 or 3 people and they will ask you about what you have done in your current role and some basic programming questions. 2nd Round is Managerial : more focused to see your customer handling skills and what will you be doing in the offered role.
