Once you pass your written test, during interview, general questions being asked are related to current affairs / news at INDIA / World level, What do you know about Cognizant, it CEO, Other top management team, recent Cognizant news, events, do you know anybody in Cognizant, Any special Skills / Certifications / Any extra foreign language etc. These are besides the Technical questions that may be asked related to your profile

It was three round interview with written test and 2 easy interviews. One technical and one with HR for compensation discussion. All were conducted on the same day. In order to get selected need to stand out and answer uniquely.
