I have been appeared 2 times in CTS recently and cleared each time. First of all the interview process sucks. Second they dont have budget to pay. First they call you okay come for the interview and once you selected then they say we have this much of bracket and we can't give more than that. I mean if it is the situation then why don't you guys just cleared the things before scheduling the interview. If you expecting 30% hike then forget about cts try somewhere else instead of waisting time in cts. Don't go if you expecting good hike, go if you ready to accept chillar.

I got call F2F interview round for weekend drive, It was very well organized interview process, I reported there at 9:30am and my 2 rounds interview completed by 12pm. 1st round was Techno-managerial round and 2nd was HR round

Even after that, Hr scheduled the interview at the declined time.

Personable and friendly. Did a tech test writing pseudo code on paper. Got offered a job in two weeks. In total I had three rounds: telephone with recruiter from HR, telephone with functional lead and in person meeting with tech lead.
