Got an email and was told we'd be communicating on GOOGLE HANGOUTS. I was given instructions every morning for that day which ended up being a lot to do in a short amount of time. If I was given an initial heads up I could have better organized my days,
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
