I was contacted on Linked In by a recruiter for Cognixia who referred me to an account manager for an informational phone interview. Then I was asked to complete an assessment to gauge my skills in Java. Then a webcam interview with Human Resources followed

Entretien
The interview consist of two parts, first one was HR and second was technical round, overall it was very good experience and also got the job offer from cognixia but due to notice period issue I didn't joined.
