I went through four interviews: HR, Team Management, Upper Management, Chairman. One Interview per week. The whole process lasted one month. The interview with HR was standard and lasted half an hour. In the interview with team management, there was no code assessment as I was entry level with no previous experience. After the last interview with the chairman, I met with upper management, who made me the offer.

I didn't pass the first interview, it was tottaly my fault.(new to this process and i wasn't properly prepared) One interview with the HR consultant. He was very polite and kind person with good manners and awarness. At first he gave me a very detailed introduction of the company's interests, jobs, environment and what a typical day at work is like. This brave introduction made me feel comfortable. Then the questions he asked, was most about my CV (thesis, which was my best project and why). Some other questions was: -why do you choose this company -Where do you see yourself in 5 years Οverall a good experience
