The interview process was easygoing and relaxed, with the interviewers mainly assessing whether you can handle pressure while managing multiple clients or projects. However, the communication during the offer stage was lacking, which is ironic for a role that emphasizes strong communication skills. They initially extended an offer but later put it on hold, citing “no available project at the moment.” The situation could have been handled better if the hiring team had informed candidates earlier that the position had already been filled, instead of leaving them hanging and wasting their time.
With that being said, it seems like I might’ve dodged a bullet, as the team clearly doesn’t demonstrate the strong communication skills they expect from others.
