After I applied online they emailed to schedule a chat which actually is a one-hour video interview with a product manager. Didn't tell the content in advance though, the interviewer is nice and helpful.

Entretien
1st round - General system discussion on one of the current project scenarios about the tradeoffs in design decisions like how would you save the data for that project.
After this, I was called to the office in Pittsburgh for a full day interview. There were 4 rounds. The difficulty was average. In fact, the technical rounds were taken by product manager and data scientists and one of them admitted to not knowing how to solve the problem that she had asked. The most ridiculous round was with the CEO, Mr. Sanjay Chopra, who asked some random puzzles and mental maths questions totally irrelevant to the profile I was interviewing for. In fact, of all the interviews I have given so far, this was the weirdest. In spite of doing good in technical rounds, I got a reject. I would never recommend anyone to interview at this place.

Question 1
1)convert the entire row and col of a matrix to zero if a[i][j] is zero
2)excel sheet column number problem
3)system design questions related to facebook search and tracking of friends.
4) I don't even want to mention the questions asked by CEO. They were irrelevant to the profile but played a huge role in the decision making.
