The HR guys really sucked. I was selected after multiple interviews. The compensation was agreed upon with the HR but for some reason, the position was out on hold and the HR didn't even care to inform until I followed up. Absolutely unprofessional and won't recommend to join this organization who doesn't care about candidates.

Very easy interview process took about a week total to get hired. I had one interview with the coforge representative on site and the rest was done with a recruiter online and through phone calls.

Coforge hires direct but also uses multiple staffing agencies . You will be called by someone overseas who will not fulfill starting salaries rates, stating it's a mistake. Your offer letter is a form of sentences. Interview process is a very strange experience
