Red Flag: if the company asks you of your previous salary, then that is a Red Flag. It only means, they will take advantage of your situtation, and they won't offer you the best, based on your skillset, and years of experience.

Coforge hires direct but also uses multiple staffing agencies . You will be called by someone overseas who will not fulfill starting salaries rates, stating it's a mistake. Your offer letter is a form of sentences. Interview process is a very strange experience
