Corporate bullies for interviewers. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I had high expectations from this company's interview. They asked open-ended questions expecting genius answers instead of giving specific scenarios to get specific answers. Think that's okay? I did too.
But then they went ahead and told me they don't think I have the "expertise" to handle the role based on the answers to two crummy questions. Give me a detailed test, look at my answers, and then judge my "expertise". Just tells me the company would rather hire people who can yap about open-ended stuff than people who are focused and good at their work.

There were 3 rounds of interview. They tried to see if I was conversant with the general OOP concepts and instructional designing. There was nothing specific to the project that was assigned.

There was literally no formal interview. The only phone interview was called from India. The quality was so bad I had to yell. We had to repeat eveything a few times. I just wished it ended soon. The hiring paperwork was easy too. The contract copy I have however does not have signature of NIIT.

Not enough information, no specs either, in the interview or the contract. They gave the impression that it would be provided when the project officially started. It never happened.
